Refund policy
Important Considerations
- We accept returns only in case of damages in-transit or manufacturing defects.
- Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned
- Custom Made/Commissioned items cannot be returned
- All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the order received is defective)
Please write to us at info@archizy.com and state the reason for your return in the email along with your order number.
INCORRECT or DAMAGED ITEMS
Please write to us at info@archizy.com along with your order number and details along with a photo and video of the product unboxing within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please note, Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
REFUNDS PROCESSING
We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging. Your total order value will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way, within 15 working days after we receive & check the returned goods.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable) :
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Note: In case of damaged, incomplete and/or incorrect order, please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
- Kindly Note: No cash returns are provided
- An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped OR after 24 hours of placing the order
- Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy - archizy.shop may at any time modify the Returns & Refunds Policy without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.archizy.shop would be the final decision.
Subsequent to any modification of our Store Policies; In the event the modified policies is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Store Policies.
