Can I customise a product?

Yes, we do accept customisation requests for a few selected products.

Please write to us at info@archizy.com mentioning the product(s) you wish to customize.

Kindly note that customization requests may incur additional charges.

I can't find what I am looking for. What should I do?

Archizy.shop is the e-commerce counterpart of our platform Archizy.com. The latter boasts an extensive selection of over 10,000 products, collaboratively showcased by more than 90 top-tier design brands, we encourage you to explore our website for an even broader array of choices and options.

Can I place a bulk order?

Our team is fully equipped to help you with bulk quantity material sourcing for all kinds of projects ranging from residential to commercial.

ORDER & SHIPPING

I can't complete my order checkout.

Will I be notified upon placing the order? 

Yes, you will receive a notification on your registered email once the order is successfully placed. Please ensure that correct contact information is provided at the time of checkout.

How can I track my order?

Order Tracking ID is shared once the product(s) are dispatched from the factory.

This might take 2 to 14 days for "Ready to Dispatch" products. However, for "Made to Order" products this might take longer.

Please refer to the Shipping Time mentioned on the product page under "Shipping & Returns" section.

How do you process payments?

We use Payment Gateways secured by Billdesk and Stripe for processing payments.

We accept all the commonly used payment methods including: Credit or Debit Card, Netbanking and UPI.

Do you offer the option to pay on delivery?

We offer the option of payment on delivery for a few limited products.

However, please note that there is an additional charge of 20 Rs. for Pay on Delivery orders.

What if the product I received is damaged?

If the product is damaged, please submit a return request by writing to us at info@archizy.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please mention the reason for return, include product images/video.

Please note we do not accept return requests unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

When will the refund be credited?

After receiving the return request, our team will review the same and inform you if the request is accepted or denied with appropriate reasons.

After approval, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all the major countries in North America, Europe, Australia & Middle East.

Is the sale price all inclusive?

Sale Price does not include the shipping cost, insurance, customs or taxes.

Shipping cost depends on the destination. Customs and taxes may vary depending on the destination country.

How do you charge for International Shipping?

You will receive a shipping quote within 48 hours of placing the order.

Please note that the international orders are shipped on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and local Custom Duties may apply.

What is the average shipping time?

Shipping Time will vary depending on the type of product(s), final location of delivery, local customs etc.

We will try our best to give you accurate estimate of shipping time after the order is placed.
